Main tasks:
1. Daily information with the situation of order transport.
2.Management of relations and communication between the Transport sector and the Sales Department for sending and delivering orders to the customer.
3. Systematization of the product database for distribution in each store.
4. Tracking product reservation.
5. Customer account alignment.

1. To have completed higher education.
2. To have the ability to work in a group.
3. To have good knowledge of English (knowing another language besides English is an advantage).

Main tasks:
1. Maintains and controls at all times the projects and preventions related to procurement of infrastructure, constructions, services and purchases.
2. Drafts the annual plan of needs for materials, equipment and internal expenses of the administration and is interested in the realization of this plan.
3. It is responsible for the steps and rules to be followed for asset management and asset risk management.
4. It is responsible for the administration and identification of the company’s assets, organizes and follows step by step the inventory of fixed assets.
5. Takes care of providing normal working conditions in the office and activity in the company.
Requests :
1. To have a Bachelor’s degree / Professional Master / Scientific Master’s degree in one of the fields of Economics.
2. To have work experience in the field of management / finance.
3. Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office program
4. To have good knowledge of one of the financial programs (Alpha, Finance 5)
5. Have full ability to act
6. To have knowledge of foreign languages, English is an advantage.
